How do I buy a domain?

Email the domain you want. I confirm price and terms and complete the transfer via registrar, with optional escrow via Escrow.com.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. I offer instalment plans up to 36 months. The domain can be used by the buyer immediately but is formally transferred once the full amount is paid.

What is Escrow.com and why use it?

Escrow.com is a trusted third-party service that holds the payment until the domain is transferred. Neither party can lose money: funds are released only after the buyer confirms the domain was received.

Is buying a domain an expense or an asset?

A premium domain name is an intangible asset recorded on the company balance sheet, just like a trademark or patent. It is not an expense that hits the income statement directly.

Can I buy the domain privately and lease it to my company?

Yes. Owning the domain privately and leasing it to the company is a common strategy. The advantage is that the domain stays with you in case of bankruptcy, and the rent can be adjusted to match the company's profitability.

How fast is the transfer?
